Further, teacher’s target should not be just to pour in information or data in brains of pupils, but their heart and soul must be touched so as to open each and every door for balanced growth and development of pupil – physically, mentally, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually by taking into account their interests, capabilities and aptitudes. Four ingredients of a successful teacher

Pupils should consider their teachers just next to parents, the bond should be such. Updating subject knowledge, general knowledge and sharpening of teaching skills are a continuous process and require regular, relentless efforts with scientific temperament. Teacher must also consider their pupils as their own children.
As a matter of fact, teachers are well-equipped in terms of knowledge and training as well as technological tools as compared to their counterparts in past. However, they somewhat lack in caring attitude and setting up a parental bond with their pupils. Sometimes, teachers can be heard saying that respect for their profession is on the wane. Their observation and experience might be true to certain extent because social dynamics have been undergoing rapid change given to highly materialistic life. Also, several vulnerable features have made their ways into this profession such as lack of proper regular placements with prescribed remuneration and non-congenial institutional environment due to poor administration which demotivate and demoralize a teacher. Despite such bottlenecks, teachers cannot turn blind eyes towards their prime responsibilities in the larger interest of society, the nation and the entire mankind. After all, their product is going to be a member of the set-up.
